Can't log into specific Sim

I am unable to log into the only sim that I really ever play. I have a second sim that I've used for a total of 30 seconds, and I can log into that one just fine. Everytime I log into my main though, I get Error Code: 23. I was logged into it earlier today just fine. Has this happened to anyone else?

I've been unable to go onto my lot after disconnected once before, but that resolved itself within a few minutes. This has been hours because I was previously under the impression that the server had just happened to be down. It was only until I randomly clicked on another sim at the select screen that I was successful at getting into the city.
 
getting the same thing cant log into my character im going to try to restart my labtop and see if that hep if not ill get on discord and get help.

Same for me..I can get on the 1st sim i made but not the 2nd one..I play the 2nd one the most as well :/ it gets to 29% then get error message :/
 
Sometimes when a lot glitches the sims that were on the lot (or who try to enter afterward) get "trapped" on the lot. This is only cleared up once the server restarts.
