Go to skill and money lots and start making money. There's plenty of money objects available to the visitors.
You can also become someone's roommate and help run a house. Th e more visitors you attract, the higher your daily property and visitor bonuses are.
On random occasions they just GIVE money to people who happen to be playing at that moment.
