I've been having troubles getting to go from one place to another now that the collision between Sims work and I can deal with it normally but could you find a way to disable them when you're in a job? At least for the workers if anything.
I mean, it gets really annoying when working in the Restaurant career, I keep going in circles because someone, either the NPC going to get the dirty dishes or my partners in that shift, is blocking a door or a corridor and my Sims keeps correcting it's route.
Another thing is that I cannot stop the action of running or walking to one place when the Sim is in the middle of doing them, unlike with any other kind of interaction. That's means that if I decide to tell them to go running to the kitchen to use less time to get there and my Sims needs to search for a new way over and over, I won't be able to cancel that action and I won't be able to get out of the way if the other person is having the same issue.
