that would be a bug, the client doesn't do anything, even when the server comes back online while connecting.
I'm now hosting, say "hi" and state your username when you come in!

EDIT1: AAAAAGH Why does it crash?! >.< I was sure it was as simple as
1)Port Forward
2)Noip.com
3)Enter a lot,and pass IP
4)Have fun while testing.
