Crashes upon starting

Hi. When I start the game, I receive these 2 errors based on whether I use OpenGL or DirectX: IMAGE

Any ideas on how to fix it? I tried downloading OpenGl 3.3 but it says my hardware is not compatible (?)

I don't believe your graphics card correctly supports opengl 3, or even the DX11 backwards compatability mode (DX9). Your best bet would be updating graphics drivers.
