Create Sim Issue

Hello!
So whenever I try to accept my sim in 'Create a Sim' it quickly flashes "please wait while we create your sim," and then resumes the create a sim screen. Everything else seems to be working fine--It doesn't freeze or crash, or anything like that, it just won't accept my sim. I've uninstalled/reinstalled twice, updated it, and there's no error message. I'm running it on Windows 10, if that helps. I just can't quite figure out what the problem is when it seems as though everything's working properly. Any ideas?

it could be cause your name is already taken? it did that to me before i was told that your name needs to be original

There is currently no notification message for already registered names. If you weren't able to create your sim, it's most likely just that. Try to be a little more creative with your naming.
