Creating custom servers?

Hello here.
I watch a few videos about FreeSO, but i notice that all people play only on official server. So i want to ask - is there possible to create a custom FreeSO servers?
Like, empty server with your own custom content, rules, etc. This would be a great possibility that could bring even more people to FreeSO.
