Cursor problem

I installed FreeSO and when I tried to launch, it crashed and said:

So I tried with DirectX 11. It launched without (theoretically) any problems. I saw that image is distorted (I'm not sure, but I think that aspect ratio should be 4:3, not 16:9):

Disproportion is not a problem for me, but FreeSO reacts as if the cursor was about 50 pixels higher.

Is there any hope for me?
Intel GMA 3150 here.
(And yup - I updated everything that I could)
 
Looks like it failed to hit the target resolution and just gave up. Monogame support for old gpus is really bad, and I can't really fix it personally. The mouse issue is because the resolution is not as expected.

It will likely crash when you attemt to go in a lot or in the city view right now too, since we use "Multiple Render Targets" to speed up drawing a lot, and there's no fallback for people who don't support it right now. This will take a lot of time to work around, but might appear in the future?
