Delete FreeSO Account

Does anyone know how to delete their FreeSO account? I wanted to delete my account and start a new one but when I try to create a new one it says I can't as I already have an account on this IP Address.

You cannot delete your FreeSO account at this time, nor can you create a new one with the same IP address. This is done to negate multi-accounting and botting, common problems in TSO back when it was live.
