Erro starting TSO

Hi, I'm Edu. Soon I saw that there was FreeSO and I really like TS. I downloaded the launcher, downloaded td what the launcher asked for and an error appeared when I started the game with Directx or when I started with OpenGL. I use DirectX 11 and I do not know if that's the problem, but if it is, I do not really know what to do, because there's no way I can change Directx. Last year some Brazilians managed to raise The Sims Online and I could play, but after a while I could not play anymore and ended up giving this same mistake today. Nowadays the TSO closed for many problems that were appearing. Please help me resolve this error somehow. I use a Windows 7 x64 notebook, Intel Core 2 Duo P7350 processor

I installed a dll and when I try to open the game, a song starts playing, but with a different error nowSem título.png

Translation: Could not load file or assembly
There are some missing files in your FreeSO installation which it doesn't specify. Make sure that you are running FreeSO as administrator.
If the error doesn't go away, then reinstall FreeSO and TSO completely.
