Error acessing the game

Hi! My name is Natan, I'm brazilian. Since the BR server was shut down, i'm attempting to play the game in the north american one. I followed the steps of the installation, however, when i press "play" on the launcher, this message comes up. Please, help!

You need to switch to DirectX mode, as your graphics card does not support the required version of opengl. If you're running the game from the exe, you need to create a shortcut with the "-dx" flag. If you're using the launcher, you can switch to DirectX from there.

I'm receiving this as well. I can log in without crashing via "Software" mode, but it's pretty unplayable at that point.

Looks like your GPUs cannot support the game. Your best bet is to update your graphics drivers and download the DirectX 9 Redistributable here:
