ERROR AFTER "CAS". help

Hello everyone, I use Windows 7 in the notebook, and when I finish creating my SIM, the game closes with this error message.
Does anyone know how to fix? Thank you!!

Hmm... I'm not sure how this happened.

What graphics card do you use?

Have you tried disabling shadows in options?

You can't do that if the game does not get to the city view.
What GPU are you using? Old GPUs do not support the features currently used in the city view and ingame (single precision float texture format (depth buffer), multiple render targets).
