https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/12239448/packingslips.rar put that in The Sims Online installation directory, into the existing packingslips directory.
C:\Program Files\Maxis\The Sims Online\TSOClient\ overwrite the packinglips folder
Then install this, you'll need it. https://www.openal.org/downloads/oalinst.zip.

I did it and connect the game but are there any online servers ?

I can't find any servers so I can't play this game
