Error right after login, sudden change. Game no longer plays intro music.

I've looked at other people posting about their errors, and someone suggested it was an OpenAL problem, but I tried reinstalling that and it did not change anything. Attached is my error. It changed all of a sudden yesterday and was working for days before that.

Make sure that your playback devices are setup correctly, set the default audio device to the one that you are using. (Hint: test the difference outputs and devices to see which is the right one)
If that doesn't work then you will need to download the components of DirectX 9.0c that are not included with Win 10.

THAT FIXED IT!!! I needed to download DirectX. Then I realized that what likely broke it was me changing the "Graphics Mode" in settings from OpenGL to DirectX. Thank you so much :D
