Error while trying to open Freeso

LALLLLLLLLL What did you do?

I just deleted all old files and my Maxis folder and re downloaded the files. and when I opened up the EXE file I made sure to run it as administrator

Okay guys I was having the same problems but now, I'm going to try this way and see if it works! Wish me luck!
