Extra possible confirmation to prevent Sims from accidentally being retired

Like on GitHub when you want your repo to be deleted, you could have it so that there is an input box where the user has to type the Sim's name and their password to prevent people from accidentally deleting their Sims or to prevent pesky snoopers from deleting your Sims while you aren't looking.

Just do it like WoW does by requiring the player to type "delete" into an input box and hit enter.

No, just type the password. Then it can hash -> send a packet and check. No need to relog or anything silly.
