Failed to install

hey I'm trying to install the game but I get this message every time: "The sims online failed to install a network error downloading 19 files occured. please use a stable internet connection and try again your progress has been saved"

Please help me fix this. :(

Sorry you've been having issues with the installation process.
What I recommend is that you use the original The Sims Online installer that seems to be more forgiving with data loss and unstable connections: http://largedownloads.ea.com/pub/misc/tso/Setup The Sims Online.exe

When you've installed it (exit when it asks you for a serial key), restart the launcher and then click on FreeSO in the INSTALLER tab to install FreeSO only (do not reinstall everything).
Then you should be good to go.
