feature request:TSO/TS1 skins tool

i hope add a skin tool to Volcanic for use by check 、fix 、add custom、convert TSO<->TS1 meshes
because not only TSO objects，TSO skins still have many meshes issues needs tool to fix them

It will be done in future, maybe some time this summer. We're focusing on objects right now, instead of people and their animations/skins.
