Before trying this, try installing OpenAL from https://www.openal.org/downloads/, if this doesn't work, try deleting the openal32.dll file in the FreeSO folder. If it still doesn't work, follow the steps below:
I had this error, tried to install OpenAL, delete the OpenAL32.dll from the folder, etc. but nothing worked, until i found this solution online:
hammerwatch.com/OpenAL32.dll
Download the file and replace the one in the FreeSO Dist folder with it
