FreeSO game not installing even though TSO and OpenAL are installed

OpenAL, TSO, and .NET framework are all installed, but when I try to install FreeSO it says that they are required. I then did complete installation, and it did install FreeSO, but it still won't let me play. I go to try installing everything again, and when it says I already have TSO in program files, I specify the path, and it seems fine. I then try to install OpenAL, and it installs immediately, but it still won't let me install FreeSO.

Can somebody figure out what's going on?
