FreeSO registration error please help??

I have been trying to register for freeso but I keep getting this error:

API response was not JSON

is this related to the server down issues? I was still getting it when it said the server was up and running as well.

most likely the server did say they were up and running but they actually crash just crossing my fingers there get the servers back up and running tomorrow. Your just have to try again when the servers come back online.
 
thanks i am hoping its server related too and i will just try again when they have been back up for more than 10 min lol :)
