FreeSO Sim Repeating Audio Bug

I got the new update, placed some new lights in my house, ate a snack, and ate a meal when, all of a sudden, my sim automatically put away his dish and started repeating himself with a dubstep like tune.

What a glitch XD

Hmm that is pretty weird. I've come across glitches similar to that but no that one. Check out the fireplace. It makes the match-friction sound constantly. :p

I've never had that happen, did the sounds stop initially then just randomly start again? You should also consider putting windows on your house. :p

Haha I'll get on that. To be honest I put the house together rather quickly. The sound didn't stop.. it just kept going.. it started driving me crazy so I turned off my game XD Sorry

i get that notice crash as you call it... randomly sometimes durring lots play sometimes b4 selecting the lot
you just click the game and you keep playing

It fails to get the background context when it's trying to garbage collect textures, so simply ignoring it with a try catch would be a bad move. The question is why the background context lock succeeds, but we fail to acquire it on the GC thread. One way of dealing with this would be a "try again" approach where when the context switch exception is caught, the thread sleeps and tries again shortly. (a bit hacky)

Another option is making sure nothing ever dereferences without being disposed. Would require massive restructuring of our content system to track references, which is redundant because c sharp does that anyways..
