Game crashes when entering lot

I am aggravated. The game was working fine for me yesterday. I logged off for a bit, and when I logged back on, I could no longer play. When I sign in and try to enter any lot, it gets to 50% then stops. A window pops up with all kinds of codes and the game crashes. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, and no luck. How can I fix this issue?

You seem to have tried to embed the image from gmail. You should upload it to a site like http://imgur.com first and then post the link here.
