Game still not updating! Please help!

I'm about to pull my hair out. Every time I open the game, it says I'm on version 38. When I login it says I must update to version 44. When I click okay, it looks like it updates then gives me a message that the installer will now start. My game closes out and nothing happens. I go to load the game back up and I'm still on version 38. I have been stuck in this circle for months. I use to be able to get on no problem. I don't what to do. I've tried reinstalling the installer, running as administrator and nothing changes. Please help!
 
When it says "The installer will now start", the game closes and the extractor opens up. You might not see it as it may start minimized. But it is doing something. Just wait until the game restarts itself after updating. You're running the game before it finished updating!

It's not even doing that. It just goes away and nothing happens. I'll start the game an hour after I click update and still nothing.
