Getting stuck after closing repair complete pop-up

If you don't click OK on the repair complete pop-up and instead click off of it the pop-up will close and the Sim will become stuck in the repair interaction. The interaction can't be canceled then except by leaving the lot. As long as you click OK the sim will be fine but if you're clicking other objects to repair and the pop-up comes up at the same time, then this bug occurs. Is there a way to bring the pop-up back up or can this fixed so I don't have to rejoin lots when I'm trying to help out skill and money lot owners?

This isn't a gameplay design, it's a bug with the dialog handling. In certain circumstances (lots that desync a lot) the game can remove a dialog from the screen that was meant to be there.
