Help with Exception: SharpDX.SharpDXException HRESULT: [0x80070057]

Hi y'all, I'm new on this forum. I installed FreeSO and launched it with the shortcut trick : -dx11
(I have an old pc so I couldn't launch it normally without that trick on the shortcut).

I'm having a problem when I completely made my character and click "Accept" this error pops up:

Can anybody help me please? I want to play the game so bad. :(

PC SPECS:
-Windows 7 Professional SP1 32bits
-Intel GMA 31/33 integrated video card
- 2 gb RAM
- Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 3.0Ghz
 
That GPU is too old to handle some of the tricks we currently pull on the city view and ingame. We won't have fallbacks for it for a long time, probably.

You can try TSO ville and comment if you got same results?

I downloaded TSO Ville but I don't know where to extract it, how to play it... All I did was extract it to the desktop and click on "TSOVille.exe" and got this error:

How? I'm my O.S is Windows 7. I don't get it. o_O:(
