Hey, I appear to have been banned?

Hello there,
I have only just joined the chat server but suddenly the chat disappeared and left me with a blank screen. I can only assume I have been banned!
I'd appreciate some clarification - I didn't manage to send a message at all, so I don't think I have broken any rules.
I was Johnasim on TSO, and this seems to be really going well in bringing back the game, so I hope I can get started with it very soon.

Hello, can you tell me what was your username please? it's probably happen involuntary when some duplicate accounts was kicked out of server, if it's the case then sorry for the inconvenience.

Hello,

The discord is currently locked down for security concerns. You can still post and follow the project on these public forums. You were caught in a prune (mass kick) of users without an assigned role.

I'm wondering why you thought you were banned if you did nothing wrong, and the chat just disappeared. We have no reason to outright ban new users. I would personally associate that with a server failure or kick, at which point I'd just try to rejoin.

Hello there,
I assumed it was a ban because a message box popped up mentioning it as such. Are the forums updated with the latest news? The last news post seems to be from a while ago.

The Road to Live Release thread is always updated with the latest news, but there obviously can't be a news post every day.

Of course, that would take far too long to write! I didn't actually notice the Road to Live Release, so I'll keep tabs on it.
May I ask, why is the discord "locked down"? I was told it was the place to join for updates.

May I ask, why is the discord "locked down"? I was told it was the place to join for updates.

Who said that about the discord? All substantial news updates are posted on that thread, only extra on the discord is a little discussion.

It wouldn't be very secure to specify our security concerns! The discord will not be available for a wee while.
