How to get the portMapper to work

I'm working with lan, and portmapper says could not find a router, i've repeated these steps like fucking 92347889 times. it's driving me crazy
 
How to I connect to my own server, every time I try I get an error 1 code, I followed all the stepps with the port mapper and creating a host but I feel I might be missing something
