How to reset your character?

So, apparently I can't change my character's gender because I get this. T3T

I remember back in PD days, there was a CharacterCache folder you could delete, but I guess that's gone now. How can I fix this?
 
Delete your settings file, or find it and set your body and head to 0.
 
Yeah, it got a little messy for some reason after I changed something.
 
I was looking through my local appdata folder but I have so many folders and I thought it'd be in a folder like "TSO" or "Maxis".
But it works now!
