I have problems with FreeSO

I have successfully installed the game,FreeSOClient is installed too and I even put OpenAL and within seconds I get this error, why?

What version of OpenAL is currently installed on your computer?
Also... have you launch OpenAL after? only put the file somewhere into the gamedata of your game is not enough...
