I need help, game crash

I have this problem..

I installed Sims online in C/ Program files/TheSimsOnline/TSOclient, i tried download openAl, run as a administrator, but doesnt works...
I have Windows 7 Ultimate

It can't find your game for some reason. Verify that it is at

C:/Program Files/Maxis/The Sims Online/TSOClient/tuning.dat

If it isn't, and you have installed TSO, there may be a problem with your registry. If this is the case, make sure you're either installing in that specific directory above (the fallback directory), or using the official EA TSO installer.
