I need help installing

I played a while back but stopped after my computer got wiped. Now I'm trying to reintsall it, but whenever I try to "complete installation" it just gets stuck on downloading client files at 0% and fails. What should I do?

if you already have sims online installed you can just download latest released client from github and if it doesn't work you may need to drag those files into same folder. Installation might only give just some extra.
