Is there any way to edit the resolution?

Hi. I have a 4K monitor so the game is running in 4K. The problem is, because it's running in 4K, the HUD, Create A Sim, etc. is extremely zoomed out to the point where I can barely see anything. My question is there any way I could change the resolution so the HUD will be larger, as well as the create a sim?

I'd preferably change the resolution to 1080p if possible since that would make everything appear larger so it's easier on the eyes.

You cannot apply a scaling factor on the game without a scaling factor being applied by windows.
