If someone gets this they must have high luck or a lot of time on their hands these items
I don't think i can be able to win the belts(or anyone who didn't have an early start on a job really) PROOF: i was calculating some numbers* and it seems i missed the chance to get this as it requires you to get to level 7 level 7 you need 9 friends easy. 8 logic also easy. BUT here is the thing 65+55+45+35+25+15+5= 245 shifts to get from level 0 to level 7 the devs gave us about 10 days**? so 245 shifts in 10 days. you can work up to 4 shifts per "sim" day which is ~2 hours. 245/4 is 71.25 round up to 72 "sim" days. 72*2hrs=144. 144hrs/10days which is 14.4hrs/day within a 10 day time line so that leaves 9.6 hours for sleep and other things like Life***. Not only this but to factor in the 23 code errors and crashes of the server leaves most people with out time to complete this impossible task. Therefore it is impossible to work 245 shifts* within the 10 day time limit and get these awards****

*info according to tsomania.net maybe there are differences in the game so this might be wrong

If it is truly almost impossible, we will scale back to job levels that a larger number of users have achieved. I'd say give it your best shot if you can. This was partially aimed at those who had already started climbing the job ladder.
 
Thanks for the clarification! maybe stating that is "impossible" might be a overstatement to sound jokingly and more dramatic but rather just mean difficult (as a challenge should be considering these items are rare). I was just more trying to point out that an average player or those with limited free time on their hands might not be able to full-fill this challenge (!!!yet people should still TRY for it! chances like this don't come around often looking at you people who leave after shift 1 and never return...)

It's def not impossible, but for people that have to work a lot in RL, or attend school full time, it will be much harder.

It takes a lot of stamina and the ability to grind it out.
 
Its impossible, it crashes all the time...
And why make a contest in Beta, where everything is not working?
