.Net 2.0!?!? I hope you mean 4.0, most .NET 2008 applications are 3.0+
(Believe me, 2.0 will really mess things up. I've tried using xTSO under mono which is basically .net 2.0 for Linux. Really doesn't look pretty. Or function right... or anything.)

I have that version, 1.1097.1.0. You think that's the problem? All i did was run the TSO Installer, didn't update it manually.

We're supposed to have that version because theres no way TO update.

But i didnt update the game. I just installed it yesterday and the "version" file containts 1.1097.1.0.

But just so I have this straight - We install the Sims Online game via the TSOInstaller.exe first and THEN install with the PDInstaller? I just don't wanna mess it up :p LOL

Look,When you install the game and then run TSOClient.exe (Not the Project Dollhouse one)

THe loading screen loads and asks for log in,Thats the version of the game originally. 1.1097.1.0. Thats the version its SUPPOSED to be when installed because we can't update it because of the game being Shut Down. So we have to have that version. And according to what i see,After installing Afr0's Project Dollhouse installer and installing to the directory,The version in the Project Dollhouse Client.exe,It's the same version. So its normal.
 
WHY WONT EVERYONE JUST CALM DOWN AND STOP SHOUTING!?!?!??!??!?!!?!
Oh.
Anyways I haven't tried the client yet (Linux...) so I have no use WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON(joking. I'm a progrmer, I can read Java.)
 
So whats the differrence between TSOClient.exe and ProjectDollhouse.exe because TSO Client is working fine for me but I just cant login because we cant create a account so is there a pre-made account and what is the Project Dollhouse.exe for?

Here goes:
Servers aren't up (see OP)
The def. User name and password is username and password
The project dollhouse file is, well, THE WHOLE OF PROJECT DOLLHOUSE.
 
OK. This is the last time I am explaining this.
THE SERVERS ARENT UP YET SO WE CANT REGISTER OR LOGIN!
 
Sorry if I'm misunderstanding, but until there are servers up, this client will JUST let me see the login screen, but I can't play? (single player or otherwise) Just curious

Not as far as i know,And if so,Its probably difficult to pull off.
 
I can't get it to compile. I installed lau, tried getting Net 2.0 (wouldn't install, due to having Net 3.5), and did a fresh install from the TSO trial download. Any thoughts? Running windows 7 x64.
