Launching FreeSO issue.

When I open it, it asks me to login. So I input my EA account, which I made during the installation process. And then it says the server is unavailable. It doesn't give any other options to login. What do I do? Similarly, my friend doesn't even have an account to put in there and he also cannot figure out what to do at this point.

Including an idea of the issues below:

If you have errors when loading FreeSO.exe: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/12239448/packingslips.rar put that in The Sims Online installation directory, into the existing packingslips directory.
C:\Program Files\Maxis\The Sims Online\TSOClient\ overwrite the packinglips folder
Then install this, you'll need it. https://www.openal.org/downloads/oalinst.zip.
