Science isn't about WHY. It's about WHY NOT. Why is so much of our science dangerous? Why not marry safe science if you love it so much. In fact, why not invent a special safety door that won't hit you on the butt on the way out, because you are fired. Not you, son, you're doing fine. Yes, you. Fired. Box. Your stuff. Out the front door. Parking lot. Car. Goodbye. Zack, follow him out. Make sure he doesn’t cry all over the carpet."

I've decided to do some playtesting for FreeSO when Zack or anyone else can't do it because they have events in their lives like most ordinary people. I'm also going to do some of it in the daytime or evening (BST) to make it more convenient for people that are at work or school when Zack's (or anyone elses!) playtests go on. Bearing in mind that I've done this before and I wrote up an article on setting up a server it should be pretty stable (this time I won't be downloading any Blacklight Patches, I promise).
Please bear in mind that they're not allowed to come. At all.

None - suggest appropriate times below.
Rules:
  1. No fire
  2. No racism, bullying or harassment
  3. No debug objects (yes, I found out how to do this)
  4. No griefing / trolling / spamming
  5. Use the latest client ONLY
  6. No food theft
  7. No shoplifting
  8. No lifting (nobody is allowed better muscles than Rhys)
Breaking any rules will result in a permanent ban and a place on the Ban List.

I take the server is online for now. Do I connect by changing my config file's ip and server name both to "lrbpdtesting.no-ip.org"?? Cus it's not working.....guess cus you cancelled it? :(

No, it was cancelled because I was out ;) Today I'll have either an all-day event or the same time as today. I'll edit the post closer to the time. Also, you're doing it wrong. Check out the thread here.

Thanks, yeah I eventually did find that guide myself so I know exactly where to type that stuff in now :)
 
Guys I've added today's playtest on and it will not be cancelled no matter what. I will keep the server on whether I'm out, dead or playing another game :)
 
Just a side note that PlayTest #3 might be the last playtest we ever have with someone hosting - Charvatia will likely go up in a couple of days.
