after we got the error we tried to log back in and we get invalid username or password now please help thanks from everything im reading says we would have gotten banned so who do i need to contact cause we both enjoy playing this game

You were banned for multi-simming. I'm guessing you didn't tell the team about your wife playing; through submitting a ticket.
