Objects are disabled

Hello guys,
I'm not sure if this usually happens but after crashing, a few objects appear to be disabled and grey in colour.
I can also no longer interact with them.
Should I be concerned?

One of roomie probably did moved out so the objects limit dropped naturally, that not a bug.
