Other worlds/lots will not be available until the global server is done.
The project is not up to that point yet. They are still making the game work fully.
The global server comes afterward.

FreeSO.ml Survey results.
FreeSO.ml playtest has been around for a while now, we had fun, we laughed, we enjoyed playing together. What we still haven't done is asking what you players think! Let us know in our recent Experience survey, to access it use this link: http://[..]

Thanks for your time, we appreciate it.

The results were summed up in this infographic below:

Hi All, ive just joined only yesterday as i only heard it about it on facebook then. I want to be a roommate, i know I have to play 5 days first so thats fine. Im so excited to be back in TSO (FreeSO) for so long I could only dream that one day I might return. I will be a very active player to keep the house up and running.

Good to know :)

I've been tinkering with an idea, but find I'm not able to sit down and get enough of it done that I could offer it here (plus I've decided my style is probably way too sedate and Alessandro could do a much better job for FreeSO.ml) so instead I'll just mention it - Seasonal and Holiday Packs could be made to dress the village (town?) up.
Halloween-fy the windows, doors, wall art and sculptures and anything else. Autumn trees. Later snow covered trees and whatnot. The flower beds can become leaf piles and snow on the ground.

Alessandro is not a 3D modeller, so full model replacements are out of the question. He also does most of his work in Powerpoint, so traditional recolours of noisy sprites like trees (obvious autumn recolour) might be difficult to do well.

It wouls be much easier to set up simple seasonal things like this if I allowed simple PALT only patches, fueled by a colour curves editor. Might do this in future.

As a long time lover of Simlogical's seasons hack (for TS1) I am LOVING that. One of the major downsides to Inge's approach was that new graphics were needed for each season and file sizes could easily spiral out of control (even for simple color shifts).
