Seems to be an XNA error, you could try to reinstall the Microsoft Game XNA 4.0 redist from Microsoft's website. Here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/download/details.aspx?id=20914

I downloaded the XNA link, and still same issue, I am going to reinstall just TSO, and skip FreeSO, as I read in another post, that may solve the situation, I will keep you posted!

It could unfortunately be that your graphics card (Integrated or dedicated, depends) can't support FreeSO's requirement of OpenGL 3.0. Or something along those lines.......

uninstalled everything then reinstalled and it worked
