Property Bonuses

Hello!

So I got a property bonus for having a roommate,

- Is there a max amount of property bonuses I can get for roommates?
- How many roommates can I have on my lot?
- How do bonuses work in general?

Property bonus is for being on the top 100 list. With so few houses all of us get on the list as soon as someone has visited us. The higher on the list you are, the higher your bonus is. I forget how much you get for being number one (I want to say 1500). You also get a visitor bonus based on visitor hours.
You can have up to 7 roommates.
