Rain in the game - Idea

I wanted to give the idea of implementing rain in the game, it could be raindrops falling on the game screen and a background sound to complement, I think it would be cool and not too difficult to do.

Weather would have to be complex to get it working over the full city scale. It would also be hard to represent using an isometric camera, unless we went for an rct vibe.

To me if it drops from the sky in games = lag but i never tried it in an isometric game before. It will be nice for a change
