Sims 1 objects hacked to work in TSO

The problem with converting BHAVs is that a few primitives are different between the two, and global routines are referenced by ID. If these routines are not present, or are replaced with something else the object will act completely unpredictably. I think TSO may use special chunk format versions for certain things too.

The entire mesh + animation setup is different for TS1. I'm not sure what the formats are for it and I don't believe any such converter programs exist. I'd consider making one if it had some legal uses.
i wan't convert the job and complex objects like Core Business Unit (Code) because they are not fully works by using TS1's bhav code, but i really needs little help for like make TSO Freight Elevator fully works in TS1 so maybe i needs your help
and about convert TSO meshes

The elevator doesn't use any special meshes, just animations. We have clases for reading .anims, so if one were to write a program to output them into TS1's "skills" format it would likely work. Not sure how custom animations function in TS1.

I hope I don't sound rude by saying this but a lot of the stuff you seem to be converting/trying to convert has already been converted and is available online (even the Freight Elevator you seem to need help with)...

Are you doing this out of curiosity and/or to get a better understanding of the technical side of TSO compared to TS1?

If you just want to have those TSO objects in your TS1 game, you should really just look around some old fansites. There is a TON of TSO content that has been ported to TS1. (I personally have almost every TSO object in TS1, except for those job objects of course!)

Just a tip, might save you some time and nerves! :D:)

Maybe we need to parse the TS1 animations file formats and compare with TSO, that way we can create the conversor for booth..

Yes youre right, i can do mostly all the conversions for objects, but for skins and animations will need some help, how do you know peter9g can help us with this??

Peter9g did a lot of conversions back in the day... He also wrote a lot of cool Mac programs for converting skins, meshes, animations, objects, etc. back in the PowerPC-Mac era.
He's a genius when it comes to converting TSO to TS1 or vice versa!

ptert9g and RHY can help us with this, but if they not provide help...
