Stuck at 17% when joining a lot.

Everytime I try to join a lot (any lot), I get stuck at 17%. I can log in and see the city but I cannot join a lot.

Yea the servers are really having a problem today they been up and down keep check https://freeso.ml/status/ for update on the servers there probably working on them trying to get them back up and running!
