Maybe adding more skills would give newer places a chance of getting more visitors....At present there is 24 allowed in each lot and 6 skill categories. Adding more would give skill and money houses a chance to get visitors..Seen as though most houses specialise in 1 or 2 Skills. That would mean there would be more places open.
