Timing out as sim created

When I click on the accept button that I'm happy with my sim the the program stops responding. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. I have loaded with directx and open gl. I have used the launcher and tried without it. I have tried the different slots in case the first one was buggy. I'm not sure what else to try.
