Translation Special Letters

Hello. The polish special letters aren't working properly. Is there ANY way to repair these letters?
Some polish special letters like: "ó" are in game.

For example most spanish, portuguese special letters are in game, but how? Thanks.
Changing the Language Code doesn't solve the problem.
