hello i just installed free so and i am confused right now where do i create a account to play the game? any help is appreciated

There isn't anywhere to sign up at the moment. The Open Beta has been pushed back a few weeks. You can read up on why in the most current blog post here

Is it still push back a few weeks again? We are in june. It says 103 players online. When I entered my email to register, they say I will receive an email and its now been a couple of weeks of this. Why
