Why always failed to install?

I have a problem that I cant play in 1 month that I cant install Freeso, it is always: 'Failed To Install The Sims Online' Due to not having a stable Internet connection?", without launcher i can play this , with launcher I cant play this game, I want use because I wanna use the 3D Mode. Any solution?

You can add -3d to your shortcut Target field to enable 3D Mode if you're not using the launcher.
